You can access your order status via the confirmation page that is linked in your order confirmation email. You can also find it by going to "Find an order" in the Chat & FAQs bubble on the homepage. You'll need to enter your order number, found in your confirmation email, as well as your email address or phone number. This will bring up a tracking number with all the information you need.
